Class Policies

• Class fees do not include supplies, unless otherwise noted; students are eligible for a 10% discount on yarns for their class project. (Please mention when purchasing.)
• Try as we may, typos happen. Published class fees and dates are subject to change.
• Payment in full is required at time of registration.
• Please note date & time of class you have registered for; students will only be contacted in case of cancellation. We cannot be held for responsible for lack of notification if no answering service is available at the phone number you have provided.
• You are encouraged to register early, as programs with insufficient registration may be canceled 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Class fees for classes canceled by Lakeside Fibers due to low enrollment will be refunded. Class fees are fully refundable within 7 calendar days of the start of the class; after that, fees are non-refundable.
• In the case of inclement winter weather, students will be notified via telephone on the day of class. Please provide a daytime telephone for that purpose. Classes canceled by Lakeside Fibers due to weather will be rescheduled.
• Missed class time is the student's responsibility.
